Ralph has always had a passion for working with people. He started his career in banking at the age of 25 and has been in the mortgage industry ever since—with the past 28 years working for Security National Bank.

Ralph's top priority is building strong relationships with his clients, colleagues, and realtors. He believes this is exactly what sets him apart in his field. Ralph's work ethic was instilled in him from a young age by his mother. At just 17 years old, he worked in restaurants and retail, where he learned valuable lessons about how to satisfy people's needs.

Today, Ralph applies these lessons to his work as a mortgage expert. He takes the time to listen attentively to his clients, understanding their pain points, worries, excitement, hesitations, and aspirations. By doing this, it helps Ralph develop strategic solutions that satisfy his clients' goals and needs. Ultimately, Ralph wants to ensure that his clients are happier than they were before they started working with him.

In his free time, Ralph loves spending time with his family. He has been married to his wife for many years, and together, they have two daughters and five wonderful grandchildren. Ralph spends ample time at his summer cabin at Woodcliff Lake, where he enjoys driving his Pontoon boat and spending quality time with his grandchildren.
